This track is about two perspectives of that voice in your head, that second guesses everything that you do. Everyone has it, it just depends on how loud it speaks and how it then affects your day to day life. When that voice has been so loud and for so long you find that's when anxiety and depression rears its ugly head. The other is finding the strength to fight back against that little voice that puts you down, with taking back control, and discovering the strength and beauty in yourself.
